I provide every student with highly personalized, one-on-one support with the application essay writing process. My packages are designed to maximize student performance on the essays, whether as a turbo-boost to a student’s full-service college consultant or as a standalone service supplementing online and college and career center resources at the student’s school.  Depending on your needs, I offer three different packages:

6-week Package (summer or fall)

This is the most time- and cost-effective writing package I offer, enabling me to establish a strong, personal connection with the student and help them produce the core essays for their college applications across six weeks. The package includes:

• Guided, deadline-driven, pre-writing and multi-draft writing process, with multiple edits and notes, for:

• One (1) full-length essay (650 words, Common application or equivalent)

• Four (4) supplemental-length essays (up to 350 words apiece or equivalent)

• Up to six one-on-one Zoom meetings, with notes.

• Unlimited email access to me throughout the process.

• Writing lessons on the basic elements of the personal essay.

• Guided self-exploration focused on the student’s talents, experiences, ideas, and beliefs.

• Guided reading, analysis, and discussion of application prompts.

Summer (May 15 - Aug 15): $4,500

Fall (Aug 16 - Jan 15): $5,500

Unlimited Package

This package ensures I am with the student every step of the way through the college application essay process, from as early as junior year through second semester senior year, with maximum flexibility and support.

• Guided, deadline-driven, pre-writing and multi-draft writing process, with multiple edits and notes, for:

• Unlimited full-length and supplemental essays for college applications.

• Unlimited letters of continued interest for colleges (if waitlisted).

• Internship, job, and summer academic program essays for summer before senior year (optional bonus for students who start junior year)

• Up to eight (8) one-on-one Zoom meetings, with notes.

• Unlimited email access to me throughout the process.

• Writing lessons on the basic elements of the personal essay.

• Guided self-exploration focused on the student’s talents, experiences, ideas, and beliefs.

• Guided reading, analysis, and discussion of application prompts.

Mentorship

This package is the highest level of writing support I provide. Over the course of the student’s freshman, sophomore, and/or junior year, I establish a relationship with the student and mentor them in developing self-awareness, outstanding personal essay writing skills, and seeing the world around them through a writer’s lens.
